Special Accommodations

OTC Policies and Procedures:

  • Effective for OTC 2026, any additional badge reprints will incur a fee of USD 295 each. Please safeguard your badge.
  • The 2026 OTC Conference Proceedings will only be available for purchase through the registration link until Thursday, 7 May 2026. After 7 May 2026, this year's papers will be available to be purchased individually in OnePetro.
  • To ensure a secure conference, a government-issued photo identification (passport or driver's license) will be required on-site to receive your badge.
  • NO ONE UNDER THE AGE OF 15 WILL BE ADMITTED ON THE EXHIBIT FLOOR
  • All OTC sessions are protected by International copyright laws. Photography and video/audio recording of any kind are strictly prohibited in the technical sessions and throughout the indoor and outdoor exhibit areas.
  • Attendance at or participation in OTC meetings and other activities constitutes an agreement by the registrant to OTC's use and distribution of the registrant's image or voice in promoting future OTC meetings in any way OTC deems appropriate.

** Proceedings must be purchased separately. Proceedings are available digitally through OnePetro®. Access codes will be emailed to those who register prior to 28 April 2026. If you register after 28 April, your proceeding access code will be emailed to you after the event. The OTC 2026 Conference Proceedings will only be available for purchase through the registration link until Thursday, 7 May 2026. After 7 May 2026, this year's papers will be available to be purchased individually in OnePetro.

If you are participating in the technical program you will receive a link to register from the OTC Program Manager, which must be used in order to receive the complimentary registration rate.

Cancellation Policy

Registration cancellations must be submitted in writing via email to otcregistration@spargoinc.com and must be received on or before 5:00 p.m. Central Time on 2 April 2026 to receive a refund, minus a USD 25 administrative processing fee. Cancellation requests received after 2 April 2026 at 5:00 p.m. Central Time are not eligible for a refund. No refunds will be provided for no-shows. If you do not attend and fail to provide written notification in advance of the first day of the event, you will not be eligible for a refund. By registering for the event, you agree to comply with the terms outlined in this cancellation policy. Please note that refunds will not be granted if you receive a complimentary guest invitation. No exceptions.

Student registrations are subject to a USD 10 administrative processing fee for cancellations.

There are no refunds for OTC ancillary event tickets.

Substitution Policy

Substitution/replacement registrations are offered as a one-time courtesy as long as a badge has not been printed. Replacing a registered OTC attendee with a business colleague or co-worker will be accepted.

TRAVEL TIME TO NRG: Please ensure sufficient travel time to account for traffic and weather. No refunds given for late arrivals or any ticketed events.
