Cancellation Policy
All cancellations or changes must be received in writing by July 15, 2026, by 11:59 PM EDT. Cancellations received by this date will receive a refund of their registration, minus a $15.00 administrative fee. Please email cancellation requests to
ngausregistration@spargoinc.com. All refunds will be processed after the conference concludes. Beginning July 16, 2026, all sales are final.

Corporate Members or Industry Participants may click here for available hotels within the NGAUS Block.
National Guard Attendees should be registered through their State Affiliate!
Non Member Registration Policy
A Guard supporter, or an enlisted guardsman may still join NGAUS as an Associate Member, however membership is not required for attendance to the conference.
Non-members registered for the conference will be placed in pending status until their membership is updated or attendance as a non-member is approved by NGAUS staff. For any questions or concerns, please contact the NGAUS Membership Department.
