Registration Policy
Membership is not a requirement to register for the 144th Conference and Exhibition.
Only members of NGAUS can be assigned as a conference delegate.
The attendee's NGAUS membership record must be associated with their state in order for you to register them with your group. If the attendee is not associated with your state, please contact membership@ngaus.org to make the required changes to their membership record.
Non-members who register will be placed in a pending status awaiting either updated membership or approval by NGAUS staff to attend as a non-member.
Membership payments and registration fees have to be paid prior to picking up conference badges.

Non Member Registration Policy
A Guard supporter, or an enlisted guardsman may still join NGAUS as an Associate Member, however membership is not required for attendance to the conference.
Non-members who are registered for the conference will be placed in a pending status awaiting either updated membership or approval by NGAUS staff to attend as a non-member. if you have questions or concerns, please contact the NGAUS Membership Department.
Cancellation Policy
Refunds less a $15.00 administrative fee will be granted for requests received in writing prior to 11:59 PM EDT July 15, 2022. Email cancellation requests to
ngausregistration@spargoinc.com. All refunds will be processed after the conclusion of the conference. After July 15, 2022, all sales are final.
Corporate Members Registration Policy
Industry Participants may not register through the State Affiliate Website. The Exhibitor Registration website and Non-Exhibiting Industry website will be launching in Spring 2022.
