Registration Login Information Request

In order to log in to view/modify your registration you will need your registration confirmation number and e-mail address.

If you are unable to locate your registration confirmation number, provide your last name and the e-mail address you used to register below. Your log in information will be immediately sent to the e-mail address on file.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation requests will be refunded in full, less a $100 processing fee, if received in writing by Feb. 17, 2025. Trade show passes will also be refunded prior to Feb. 17, 2025. No refunds will be issued after Feb. 17, 2025, or for no-shows. Tickets for convention events, Foundation raffle tickets and tours are not refundable.

If you cannot attend, substitutions may be made if the request is made in writing and emailed to awciregistration@spargoinc.com. There is no substitution fee.

Refunds will be processed within 30 days to the original form of payment.
