The 67th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition will take place December 6-9, 2025, in Orlando, Florida and online. If you plan to host an ancillary meeting in Orlando over the dates of December 4 - 9, 2025, please submit an ancillary meeting request.
Ancillary meetings will not be permitted during hours that conflict with the ASH Education Program, Scientific Program, Simultaneous Oral Sessions, Poster Sessions, and/or ASH-sponsored events.
The following are the approved dates/times during which ancillary meetings may be held:
Please submit one request per event. If your event requires more than one meeting room, you must submit a separate request for each room needed. Please note
there will be a non-refundable processing fee per event request submitted. The charges will appear on your credit card statement as SPARGO, Inc.
Receiving ancillary event authorization at a hotel venue does not guarantee sleeping room availability. If securing both event space and sleeping rooms at the
same hotel is a priority, please verify sleeping room availability with the ASH Housing Center before submitting your hotel preferences for event space.
