CME/ABIM MOC Site

Thank you for attending the 66th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition, December 7-10, 2024, in San Diego, California, and virtually. We hope that you gained new and valuable scientific and educational information that you can apply to your medical practice.

This site is for physician attendees to claim CME credit for their participation at the 66th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition.

CME
The American Society of Hematology (ASH) is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education (ACCME) to provide continuing medical education for physicians.

The American Society of Hematology designates this Other [blended live and on demand] educational activity for a maximum of 95 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Physicians should claim only the credit commensurate with the extent of their participation in the activity.

To claim CME, you must document your active participation in the meeting by completing this Online Evaluation by the deadline . Afterwards you may print or save your official Continuing Medical Education (CME) Certificate. Your responses to the online evaluation provide ASH with valuable feedback to be used in planning future CME activities.

CME Credit Summary
After you claim CME you may save a transcript of the sessions you attended for your records.  To do this, select "Credit Summary". You must print and/or e-mail the summary by Friday, April 11, 2025.

ABIM MOC
Successful completion of this CME activity, which includes participation in the evaluation component, enables the participant to earn up to 95 MOC points in the American Board of Internal Medicine's (ABIM) Maintenance of Certification (MOC) program. It is the CME activity provider's responsibility to submit participant completion information to ACCME for the purpose of granting ABIM MOC credit.

If you wish to receive ABIM MOC points for your participation, you must first claim CME. You will then be asked to submit a reflective statement on how you intend to change your practice based on the knowledge you gained from participation in the meeting. You will also be asked to provide your ABIM number and date of birth (MM/DD). Upon review and approval, your points will be submitted to the ACCME by ASH and will appear in your ABIM Physician Portal within 48 hours. Points can only be submitted if all fields are completed.

Physicians
Only physicians are eligible to be awarded AMA PRA Category 1 CreditTM. The American Medical Association (AMA) defines physicians as those individuals who have obtained an MD, DO or equivalent medical degree from another country.
Physicians who participate in this CME activity but are not licensed in the U.S. are also eligible for AMA PRA Category 1 CreditsTM.
