This site is for attendees to claim a Certificate of Participation for their participation at the 65th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition. The American Society of Hematology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The American Medical Association (AMA) defines physicians as those individuals who have obtained an MD, DO or equivalent medical degree from another country. Non-physicians and other health-care professionals attending the meeting may receive a Certificate of Participation as well as a summary report of CME-certified sessions attended. There is no fee required for this service. Certificates of Participation do not award CME credit, but rather state that a person participated in an activity that was designated for CME credit; the 65th ASH Annual Meeting and Exposition was designated for a maximum of 96.75 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Most allied-health professional accrediting boards will accept a one-to-one transfer of AMA credits to their particular CE unit.
