Thank you for attending the 62nd ASH Annual Meeting & Exposition presented virtually December 5-8, 2020. We hope that you gained new and valuable scientific and educational information that you can apply to your medical practice. This site is for attendees to claim a Certificate of Participation for their participation at the 62nd ASH Annual Meeting & Exposition. The American Society of Hematology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians. The American Medical Association (AMA) defines physicians as those individuals who have obtained an MD, DO or equivalent medical degree from another country. Non-physicians and other health-care professionals attending the meeting may receive a Certificate of Participation as well as a summary report of CME-certified sessions attended. There is no fee required for this service. Certificates of Participation do not award CME credit, but rather state that a person participated in an activity that was designated for CME credit; the 62nd ASH Annual Meeting & Exposition was designated for a maximum of 25 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Most allied-health professional accrediting boards will accept a one-to-one transfer of AMA credits to their particular CE unit. Please click here if you wish to claim EBAH-CME Credit, or if you are a physician and you wish to claim AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™. To begin the evaluation process, enter your badge number located on your meeting I.D., then click Go! OR, to search for your registration I.D., please enter your first and last name, then click Search. You may provide partial first and/or last names if you need to expand your search results. Please omit your degrees from the last-name field when searching for your registration I.D. The deadline for requesting a Certificate of Participation through this site is Friday, June 18, 2021. Note: In order to complete your program evaluation, you must have an up-to-date web browser and have javascript enabled. |
