The American Society of Hematology is accredited by the Accreditation Council for Continuing Medical Education to provide continuing medical education for physicians.
The American Medical Association (AMA) defines physicians as those individuals who have obtained an MD, DO or equivalent medical degree from another country.
Non-physicians and other health-care professionals attending the meeting may receive a Certificate of Attendance as well as a summary report of CME-accredited sessions attended. There is no fee required for this service.
Certificates of Attendance do not award CME credit, but rather state that a person participated in an activity that was designated for CME credit; the 61st ASH Annual Meeting & Exposition was designated for a maximum of 31.5 AMA PRA Category 1 Credits™. Most allied-health professional accrediting boards will accept a one-to-one transfer of AMA credits to their particular CE unit.
Please click here if you wish to claim EBAH-CME Credit, or if you are a physician and you wish to claim AMA PRA Category 1 Credit™.
