Group Registration

You must have at least 10 people in your group to use this site. Otherwise, please register your attendees individually at https://www.apha.org/Events-and-Meetings/Annual/Registration-Information.


We recommend that you collect all APHA membership information and contact details for each person in your group before starting this group registration. Make sure to confirm APHA membership status for each person beforehand: APHA member ID, email address and expiration date.

How to register as a group

  1. Online(must have minimum of 10 attendees)
    • Step 1, Create a group by clicking on the Create A New Group button
    • Step 2, Enter the Group Administrator's contact information
    • Step 3, Once the group is created, you may register your group attendees online
  2. Import(must have minimum of 50 attendees)
    • Step 1, Create a group by clicking on the Create A New Group button
    • Step 2, Enter the Group Administrator's contact information
    • Step 3, Click on the Download the Import File template and instructions
    • Step 4, Use the spreadsheet to enter your group attendees
    • Step 5, Once you have entered 50 or more attendees, submit your spreadsheet
