Registration Cancellation Policy

All requests for cancellations must be made in writing and sent to aatsregistration@spargoinc.com by Thursday, April 9, 2026. A processing fee of $150 will be charged for all registration cancellations. Registrants whose visa applications are denied will be eligible for a full refund with the processing fee waived, upon receipt of an official visa denial letter from the embassy or consulate.

Requests for refunds are not guaranteed if submitted after Thursday, April 9, 2026.

Cancellation Refund Deadlines:

March 13, 2026: Full Registration Refund - less $150 processing fee
March 14 - April 9, 2026: Partial Registration Refund (50%) - less $150 processing fee
